Original work and rare prints by artists who like to spray a bit of paint about; especially where they shouldn’t. This timely, joint exhibition raises questions of ‘Art’ versus vandalism, and ‘brand’ versus ‘brandalism’, by focusing on the work of Banksy, Anthony Micallef, D-Face and others. Unfortunately this exhibition has been cancelled due to fears of theft of the artworks, following the theft of pieces of Banksy art from a Brighton gallery, and concerns from the owner of the works scheduled to be displayed. We apologise for any inconvenience.
With hardly a day going by without a mention of the mysterious Bristol stencilist in the media, or his work changing hands for record prices at auction, we give you a chance to see what all the fuss is about… and then ask, ‘What are you looking at?’
A collaboration with Arcadian Collective and Colossal Youth (45). Arcadian Collective were scheduled to show some works at their site in King Street, but this too has been cancelled for safety reasons.
