Tuition

In addition to our popular courses, we also offer tuition with our experienced tutors.

One-To-One tuition is a popular learning option available at Norwich Arts Centre. It offers the opportunity to have customised individual tuition that is completely flexible to your requirements. Sessions are arranged in the Media Lab or Darkroom with one of our tutors at a time and date to suit your schedule. The sessions cost £35 per hour and the length of tuition will depend on your existing skills and desired outcomes. Many of our tutors are professionally experienced designers or photographers as well as very experienced tutors, willing to give feedback and advice if you have a specific reason for the tuition, such as building a portfolio of photographs or a website. 


Duration Options

Two Hours: A single two hour session is best if you are already familiar with aspects of the subject and have a few specific areas to cover. This can then be followed by hourly or two-hourly sessions as and when required.

Eight Hours: An eight hour course of 4 x 2 hours is the best length for learning the main techniques of a software, particularly if you have a commercial publishing or self-promotion use in mind. Bringing along your intended text and images to the sessions will help the sessions be relevant to your aims.

Booking a Session:

All sessions are pre-paid. To book a session call the Box Office on 01603 660352 between 10am and 6pm and ask for Dee Scholey or Jenny Allison. Once payment is received, we will contact you to discuss times and dates that fit in with your schedule and arrange the session with the tutor.
