Norwich Arts Centre has a small team of core staff, bar staff and volunteers, and we are always happy for the extra helping hand or two! If you have a few spare hours and would like to get involved with a vibrant and eclectic arts organisation, please do feel free to get in touch and offer your services.

In return we can offer in-house training, complimentary tickets and use of our darkroom/multimedia facilities.

Street Team:-

Get involved and help spread the word! We need volunteers to assist with marketing and publicity through postering and leafleting around designated city areas. We can offer some complimentary tickets to events in return.

Front of House Team:-

Box Office:

Take an active role in the running of a busy front of house.  Duties include selling tickets for events and workshops, dealing with general enquiries and welcoming visitors.

Ushering:
Assist in the smooth running of events. Duties include tearing tickets, distributing programs, assisting customers with enquiries, auditorium admittance and watching the performance to ensure health and safety requirements are met.

Volunteer Attributes:
Communication skills, confidence, reliability, enthusiasm, passion for the arts and a sense of humour!
Day / Evening shifts available

We are particularly renowned for our eclectic blend of music, comedy, new theatre, photography and multi-media.

Enjoy a latte and surf the web : Wi-Fi available in NAC Café Bar

We now have Wi-Fi access in the Café Bar - come along and enjoy a tasty ciabatta, homemade soup, or just a coffee, whilst checking your emails or surfing the web. Access is free!
