"Should Bad People Be Allowed Wishes and Other Visual Dialogues?"

Thursday 19 June - Saturday 12 July : 10am-7pm
Free

New works from the TARDis, the innovative new thinking and art studio, at Chapel Break Infant School.

The TARDis (Thinking, Art, Reflection & Dialogue in school) gives very young artists and philosophers opportunities to explore, question and create in a spirit of independence and collaboration. The resulting works and words by 5-7 year old children reveal an insight into the creative and thoughtful minds of our children. The depth of thinking and fresh understanding of the visual image may surprise and delight.

Within the TARDis studio children are encouraged to explore in some depth a range of concepts leading to an outcome which represents their understanding; this may be via painting, printing, sculpture, film and digital work. Independence of thought and processes is both overtly taught and gently nurtured.
