Candido Fabre is considered one of the most versatile and ingenious soneros in Cuba. His gift for improvisation and rhythms allow him to convert any sort of situation, slang or expression, sorrow or joy, into a 'son'! Candido Fabre was the songwriter, arranger and main vocalist with the great Orquesta Original de Manzanillo. He then formed Candido Fabre y su Banda with a 14 strong orchestra featuring some of the very best Cuban charanga specialists.
